2-axels CFL open freight-truck  - German type "Klagenfurt"

After 1944 a lot of German freight-trucks were found on Luxembourg's territory. Between others there were open wagons of the German type "Klagenfurt". This, build in 1943,  was a simplified version of the type "Villach".

After 1945 the CFL toke over 148 of this wagons and classified them as UIC El 510. They were used for years for transportation of coke and coal.

THE MODEL 

The wagons have the old CFL logo (A), the new one (N) or none (--). They are equipped with a hand-brake, pneumatic brake or without brake (overhead wire).

The models GAR 152 and 154 were included in a set of 3 freight-trucks together with a steam locomotive class 41 CFL.

The model GAR 153 is the service wagon of Luxembourg workshop and is used for storage and transportation of scraps (inscriptions: MT atelier de Luxembourg - stockage et transport de mitrailles).
